New spring isolators VIBRO SMR soon to be available!

We are very excited to announce that we have recently completed the innovative design and production of the antivibration product (spring mounts category)  VIBRO- SMR . A new antivibration spring mount with multi-directional lateral restrain and adjustable height.

Spring mount Vibro-SM is an evolution of the spring mounts VIBRO-SM series (developed more than 15 years ago) offering further:

– Restraint from vertical forces, a part from the horizontal (seismic protection).

– Due to its innovative design there is a minimization of welding throughout the spring mount

–  Increased seismic protection

– Lower price

As it is such an innovative product, we have applied for a patent, therefore we will be publishing the drawings of the spring mount in the near future.

For additional information on our NEW spring isolators or the existing product range of spring mounts do not hesitate to call us on +30210 677975 or email at [email protected]. We would be happy to carry out the exact product selection, base don the weight of the machine, the RPM, the distribution of weight, the acoustical sensitivity of the space and other critical acoustic parameters.

Compared to rubber and elastic mounts, antivibration spring isolators offer an increased deflection resulting in greater vibration isolation (%). This makes them more applicable in high sensitivity acoustic projects, or for mechanical equipment which have low disturbing frequencies and they cannot be isolated by rubber mounts. Spring mounts come in a range of deflections and maximum loads, so that the level of isolation can be accurately selected for each application and the optimum characteristics will be achieved.

Selecting the correct spring mount is a very critical aspect in resolving a vibration isolation problem.

Determining if lateral (housed spring mount) or vertical restraint are required, is the first critical step of spring isolation selection. The next step would be to refer to the Isolator Selection tables in order to obtain the relevant static deflection. Once the spring type and deflection are matched, the spring isolator based on the exact project requirements is selected.
