The Vibro-EP Metal Strip is a vibration isolation system composed of several key components: an elastic element with dimensions of 12.5 x 12.5 cm, a specially engineered galvanized metal cover, and a rubber strip. The strategic placement of the steel cover between the machine base and the rubber pad ensures that the load is uniformly distributed across the entire surface of the elastic component. This design not only optimizes the load distribution but also provides protection to the rubber from harmful solar radiation (UV), thus enhancing the longevity and effectiveness of the antivibration system.

The elastic pads, available in beige, green, and yellow, are made from Neoprene-type rubber. These pads are specifically chosen for their excellent resistance to various environmental factors, such as UV exposure, acids, and oil, making them particularly suitable for outdoor or harsh industrial applications. The Red, Blue, and Grey are composed of a special NR (Natural Rubber) compound, offering enhanced durability for more demanding applications. The Vibro-EP Metal Strip is available in three different stiffness levels.
