Description
REGUPOL comfort series are CE-certified impact sound insulation underlays for floating floors. They are composed basically of PUR bonded elastomer composites. Some of the main benefits of the REGUPOL comfort product range are:
- Offered in low thicknesses (from 5mm to 12mm). When existing project installation heights lead to limitations, the low underlay thickness is a key value.
- Low dynamic stiffness (from ≤ 15 MN/m3 to ≤ 10 MN/m3)
- Impact sound reductions between ∆Lw 24 dB and ∆Lw 29 dB
- Quick & Safe Installation
- Certifications & Independent Test Results
- Recycled & Can be recycled
Part of the impact & airborne sound mitigation methodology of the REGUPOL comfort range for floating floors is also the use of an elastic, mass-increasing leveling fill. REGUPOL comfort S1 levelling fill is made of stone chips and a polyurethane binder. It is specially designed for levelling uneven surfaces on concrete slabs and wooden beam. The mass increasing of solid wooden slabs is also useful for airborne noise mitigation between different floors of the building. The implementation of this levelling fill acts as an extra dampening layer and leads in better acoustic results overall (impact & airborne noise soundproofing).
REGUPOL comfort impact sound insulation series for floating floors is used mainly in new building constructions and especially for timber building and refurbishments. It’s main advantages apart of the exceptional acoustic performance are low construction heights, safe and quick installation without the need of specialized know-how.
REGUPOL comfort impact sound insulation underlays for floating floors adhere to strict environmental and health protection standards. It is a product from REGUPOL BSW GmbH. The company manufactures a wide variety of recycled rubber vibration underlays for the building and the construction industry also.
